Create timing and rhythm in video editing that synchronizes with background music to create a compelling viewing experience. Edit and arrange audio components to complement visual elements in property marketing videos. Collaborate with management to design video content using principles of visual composition, branding consistency and aesthetic judgment. Edit the video library of each house’s layout for the company’s internal sales and client presentations. Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and business partners to align video content with marketing objectives.

Required: Bachelors degree in Film, Performing Arts or any equivalent field, 3 months experience in the same industry and proficiency with video-editing software, aesthetic judgment and close collaboration with real-estate agents, brokers.
