Video Editor & Graphics Designer (For Online Advertising Assets)

Innovative Metrics is a performance marketing agency with a variety of in house brands seeking a talented, innovative, creative and proactive individual to serve as an In-House Graphic Designer and Video Editor
We are looking for someone to create engaging assets including images and video for a variety of paid advertising channels
We buy media across all paid channels including social, video, and more
This is a full-time position for a dynamic team member who has a strong work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working directly with our Internal Media buying team and our external vendors to deliver assets in a timely and efficient manner.

Required:
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to switch focus between multiple projects
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organization skills
Avid follower of trends and innovations in technology, design, and advertising
Familiarity with design software and technologies
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc preferred
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media including Meta and TikTok preferred
Experience in using AI tools and automation software
