Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time remote Video Editor to join our marketing and content production team.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with strategists, creators, and leadership to produce high-quality video content that supports marketing, educational, and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for marketing, education, and internal communications
- Produce and package long-form content (podcasts, interviews, webinars) and short-form clips
- Repurpose content into platform-native formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and executive teams to execute projects aligned with brand messaging
- Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling and engagement
- Ensure all video content follows brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library
- Optimize video content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
- Receive and implement feedback to refine and improve deliverables
- Assist in developing storyboards, shot lists, and production plans
Job Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in video editing, preferably in a professional or corporate environment
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (main editing)
After Effects (motion graphics and transitions)
DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
Descript or CapCut (social cuts)
Canva or Photoshop (thumbnails, overlays, text animations)
Google Drive / Frame.io (file management & collaboration)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure
- Experience editing videos for multiple platforms, including social media and web
- Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content
- Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment
