About the Role

FoxNXT is FOX Entertainment’s in-house tech innovation studio, organized around R&D, production, talent, and education, with a mandate to move tested AI prototypes into enterprise-grade production environments across the full content portfolio. This VP sits at the center of that process, working directly with showrunners on series like those produced through FOX Entertainment Studios and Bento Box Entertainment, as well as unscripted and marketing teams. A typical day moves between production floor conversations with department heads, hands-on troubleshooting with the centralized AI support team, and coordination with the R&D lab on graduating tools into live episodic television and animation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of AI workflows into scripted, unscripted, animation, and marketing post-production pipelines across active FOX Entertainment productions.
• Partner with showrunners, producers, and department heads to ensure AI tools meet both the creative and operational requirements of each production type.
• Establish and maintain production support standards governing AI-enhanced on-set shoots, editorial, VFX, and finishing workflows.
• Build and manage a centralized AI support team responsible for troubleshooting, optimizing, and scaling solutions across concurrent projects.
• Work alongside the FoxNXT R&D lab to move prototype tools through validation and into reliable, compliance-ready production environments.
• Coordinate with the FoxNXT education pillar to ensure that AI training programs reflect actual production workflows and keep the creative workforce current on deployed tools.

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience leading production technology or post-production workflow teams inside a studio, network, or large independent production company.
• Demonstrated track record deploying AI or automation tools within episodic television, animation studio, or feature film production contexts.
• Fluency in VFX pipeline architecture, editorial systems, and the production lifecycle from pre-production through delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams that span both creative and engineering disciplines.
• Comfort operating with enterprise compliance, rights, and responsible AI considerations in a studio environment.
