Role OverviewJKCE Probuild is looking for an experienced *Project Manager* to support the delivery of commercial and mid-rise construction projects.Working closely with senior leadership and site supervision, the Project Manager will coordinate project planning, subcontractor management, and construction execution.Responsibilities* Manage project schedules and coordinate construction activities* Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met* Monitor project budgets and assist with cost management* Review drawings and construction documents* Manage change orders and contract documentation* Support procurement and subcontractor tendering* Maintain communication with consultants and stakeholders* Ensure projects meet quality and safety standardsQualifications* *5?10 years of construction project management experience** Experience working on *mid-rise or commercial construction projects** Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and coordination* Excellent organizational and communication skills* Ability to manage multiple project prioritiesWhat We Offer* Competitive compensation package* Opportunity to lead significant construction projects* Long-term growth opportunities within an expanding company* Collaborative and professional team environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Vision careWork Location: In person
