VFX Project Manager

Experteer Overview You will manage automotive CGI projects from intake to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outputs. You’ll coordinate across CGI teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to keep schedules tight and risks managed. This role sits at the intersection of production, planning and client liaison, shaping effective delivery for high-visibility CGI work. You’ll work closely with studio leadership to optimize processes and drive reliable results in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits • Coordinate CGI projects through all departments following established processes • Create estimates and timing plans for CGI projects • Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks • Collaborate with CGI Studio Manager and CGI Creative Director for timely delivery • Lead regular status meetings with client and production teams • Define project scopes and establish baselines with quarter/half-year improvement goals • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and error-free • Maintain internal and client-facing status reports and project files/logs • Participate in process enhancement discussions and maintain SME documentation Tasks • 3+ years as a Project Manager/Producer within CGI or automotive industry • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and positive coordination of internal teams • Pragmatic, analytical mindset with adaptability to deadlines • Experience in a project management environment • CGI production experience and process knowledge is a strong plus • PC and Mac knowledge, Excel and Adobe Acrobat familiarity • Experience with PM tools such as Asana, JIRA, Trello • Working knowledge of 3D modeling tools and rendering (PM perspective) such as 3dsMax, Maya, Nuke, Vray, Unreal, Render Key requirements • Hybrid working model
