VFX Project Manager

Experteer Overview As a VFX Project Manager at Hogarth, you will oversee automotive CGI projects from brief to delivery, coordinating across CGI teams and clients to hit timelines and budgets. You’ll drive scope definition, planning, and risk management, ensuring accurate estimates and on-time, error-free results. You’ll work closely with studio leadership and production teams to optimize delivery and participate in process enhancements. Compensation / Benefits • Coordinate CGI projects through all departments following established processes • Create estimates and timing plans for CGI projects • Monitor progress against schedules and escalate risks • Collaborate with CGI Studio Manager and CGI Creative Director for timely delivery • Lead regular project status meetings with client and production teams • Define project scopes and establish baselines with improvement goals • Deliver projects on time, under budget, and error-free • Maintain internal and client-facing status reports • Manage project files/logs per standards • Participate in process improvement discussions • Maintain SME documentation on processes • Manage complex projects with varying timelines Tasks • 3+ years as a Project Manager/Producer within CGI or Automotive industry • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Positive communicator capable of coordinating internal teams • Pragmatic and analytically minded; adaptable to changing deadlines • Experience in a project management environment • CGI production experience with process/program knowledge is a strong plus • PC and Mac knowledge; Excel and Adobe Acrobat familiarity • Creative problem solving abilities • Experience using project management systems such as Asana, JIRA, and Trello • Experience with 3D Model, 3dsMax, Maya, Nuke, Vray, Unreal, and Render from a PM perspective Key requirements •
