Canadian Countertops is a leading provider of high-quality countertops in Canada, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and customer-focused approach, and we are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager and Templator to join our Vancouver team.*Position Overview:* As a Project Manager and Templator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing countertop projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will conduct templating for various countertop installations, ensuring precision and accuracy*Key Responsibilities:** Traveling to job sites to gather necessary measurement data for our CAD team to design and fabricate stone countertops* Manage multiple countertop projects, coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets.* Working closely with our sales team and the CAD office to provide fast and accurate countertop template/measure* Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to project timelines.* Conduct site assessments and measurements to create precise templates for countertop installations using LT55 or Flexijet equipment.* Collaborate with clients, designers, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.It?s crucial that the person selected to fill this role is highly organized and detail-oriented, service-minded, a strong and friendly communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.*REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** High School diploma/GED required* Prior fabrication or construction experience* Possesses valid driver?s license with clean driving record* Mimimum 2 years templating experience*Qualifications:** Professional appearance* CAD Experience* Detail – oriented* Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or fabrication industry.* Strong knowledge of templating techniques and countertop installation processes.* Possesses understanding of the fabrication and installation processes for all countertop surfaces including: laminate, solid surface, granite, and quartz* Experience using LT55 or Proliner equipment for templating.* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in project management software is an asset.* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.*Why Join Us?** Competitive salary and benefits package.* Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.* Professional development and growth opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company car* Company events* Dental care* Extended health care* On-site parking* Paid time off* Vision careWork Location: Hybrid remote in Delta, BC V3M 5P8
