*Job Summary*We are seeking a creative and experienced Makeup Artist to provide professional makeup services for a variety of client needs. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of makeup techniques, product application, and skin tones, and can create customized looks based on client preferences.This opportunity offers flexible hours, with scheduling depending on the salon’s availability and client bookings. Compensation will be determined through mutual agreement, taking into consideration the candidate?s experience, availability, and the services provided.*Duties** Provide professional makeup application for events, photoshoots, weddings, and everyday looks.* Consult with clients to understand their desired style and recommend appropriate makeup techniques and products.* Maintain makeup kits, brushes, and tools according to proper sanitation standards.* Ensure all tools and brushes are cleaned and sanitized between clients.* Recommend beauty products or additional services when appropriate.* Deliver professional and organized service during each appointment.* Stay updated on makeup trends, techniques, and industry products.Requirements* Previous experience as a Makeup Artist or in a similar beauty industry role.* Strong understanding of makeup techniques for different skin tones, face shapes, and occasions.* Excellent communication and client service skills.* Attention to detail and strong artistic ability.* Professional and reliable work habits.* *Certification *in makeup artistry or cosmetology *is considered an asset*.* Applicants should *provide examples of previous makeup work* (portfolio, photos, or professional social media page).*Job Type:* Flexible hours*Compensation*Compensation will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate based on experience, availability, and service demand.*Benefits** Flexible schedule* Store discountWork Location: In personPay: From $18.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40.0 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Store discountWork Location: In person
