About the Role

The intern works directly with the Early Careers and Talent Acquisition teams, producing short-form video content and photography for channels including LinkedIn and Handshake. Day-to-day work involves shooting on-site at intern program events, editing footage using professional software, and supporting the broader content calendar for recruiting and HR initiatives. This is a 10-week, full-time, in-office program with structured mentorship and access to senior leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video and photo content that documents Talent Acquisition team activities, HR programs, and internship program events for use across social media and recruiting channels.
• Produce short-form social content aligned with employer brand guidelines, targeting candidate audiences on LinkedIn and Handshake.
• Manage content posting schedules across recruiting platforms to support candidate engagement and pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with recruiters to develop content concepts that reflect company culture and the candidate experience through visual digital storytelling.
• Provide on-site production support at HR and intern program events, capturing footage and stills in a run-and-gun documentary style.
• Assist Talent Acquisition team members on additional HR projects that intersect with content production and employer branding.

What You Bring

• At least two years completed toward a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• A portfolio or coursework demonstrating experience in video production, editing, and photography.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable content editing software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms used in a professional or content production context, particularly LinkedIn and Handshake.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and July 2029, with no requirement for employment visa sponsorship.
