About the Role

The éShop Creative Operations team sits at the intersection of e-commerce content production and emerging studio technology, integrating AI-driven workflows and virtual production techniques alongside traditional photo and video craft. As the Sr. Art Director, Elevated Shopping (éShop), you are the creative authority across brand partnership campaigns, from initial concepting through shoot oversight and post-production review. A typical day moves between aligning with brand partners on campaign direction, evaluating virtual production outputs, and maintaining visual consistency across a high-volume content pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the art direction for brand partnerships content end to end, ensuring every deliverable meets the creative bar for quality, brand alignment, and visual storytelling.
• Establish and evolve style guides, templates, and quality benchmarks that hold visual standards across campaigns and e-commerce content production.
• Support the integration of virtual production techniques and AI-driven creative workflows in collaboration with the Technical Director and AI and Hybrid Workflows Designer.
• Balance long-term creative roadmap development and trend forecasting with hands-on execution including concepting, shoot oversight, and post-production review.
• Build and manage relationships with brand partners, agencies, and external vendors, navigating creative alignment and expectation management across multiple active projects.
• Partner with Executive Producers, Studio Managers, and Design Technologists to coordinate creative execution across the New York, London, and Barcelona studio network.

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in art direction, with a portfolio that spans brand campaigns, e-commerce content production, or fashion and lifestyle photography at scale.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing shoots and giving post-production feedback within a high-volume content studio environment.
• Working knowledge of virtual production workflows and familiarity with AI tools applied to creative content pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage external brand stakeholders and agency relationships with clarity and professionalism.
• Comfort operating across both strategic and tactical modes, from creative roadmap planning to on-set decision making.
