Senior Videographer – Video Production Lead

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of product launches, we are partnering with a global consumer products business to recruit a Senior Videographer / Video Production Lead into their in-house creative team.

Working across 10–15 consumer brands, you will lead the production of video and photography content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns and digital channels.

This role suits someone who enjoys running high-quality commercial shoots and translating brand positioning, audience demographics and product price points into compelling visual content.

The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the full production process – from concept development and storyboarding through to directing shoots and final delivery.

Working closely with brand managers, designers and digital teams, you will produce video and photography content that supports eCommerce, digital advertising and retail campaigns.

With frequent product launches and multiple brands to support, this is a fast-moving environment where strong production planning and creative thinking are equally important.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Lead end-to-end video and photography production
• Plan shoots including concepts, storyboards and production schedules
• Source locations, talent, crew and equipment for commercial shoots
• Direct on-set production including lighting, camera operation and talent direction
• Manage editing, colour grading, sound design and motion graphics
• Produce content for digital, eCommerce and social channels
• Manage multiple productions while maintaining quality and deadlines

About You
• Experienced videographer or production professional with commercial content experience
• Background working with consumer products, retail or eCommerce brands
• Proven experience leading commercial shoots and production logistics
• Strong camera, lighting and audio capability
• Advanced editing skills across Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Strong collaborator across marketing, creative and digital teams
