Our client is seeking an in-house Videographer to join their team in Sydney’s North for a full-time role, working daily on-site in their office. You will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content across a range of projects, including residential real estate campaigns, agent and team profiles, event coverage, brand storytelling and a strong focus on short-form, social-first content (Reels, TikTok, auction-day content and reactive edits).

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where no two days look the same. Some days will involve multiple on-location shoots, while others will focus on editing and content planning. You will be expected to capture content and turn around engaging social output quickly, often within the same day or tight turnaround timeframes. This role suits a proactive, adaptable videographer who enjoys working at pace and being embedded in the action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Video Production – Film and edit engaging residential property videos for sales and marketing campaigns
• Social Content Creation – Capture and deliver fast-turnaround, platform-native content (Reels, TikTok, short-form video) optimised for engagement
• Agent & Team Profiles – Create polished, personality-led profile videos
• Event Videography – Capture and edit content from live events and activations
• End-to-End Delivery – Manage pre-production, shooting, editing, and delivery
• Content Editing – Produce clean, engaging edits with strong pacing, storytelling and social cut-through
• Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to align with brand and campaign objectives

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years of professional videography experience, ideally across fast-paced or commercial environments

• A strong portfolio showcasing both polished video work and engaging short-form social content

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools

• A strong understanding of social platforms and what drives engagement (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Ability to shoot and edit quickly without compromising quality

• Experience working to tight deadlines, including same-day or rapid turnaround content

• Strong organisation and time management skills across multiple shoots and edits

• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously

• Drone experience is a nice-to-have

• Ability to work in office and on location
