This role sits at the center of the studio’s development pipeline, responsible for shaping digital-native concepts into structured, package-ready projects across broadcast television, streaming, and film. About the Role

FOX Creator Studio is a platform-agnostic division of FOX Entertainment built to partner with leading digital creators and expand their ideas into premium IP, original formats, and long-term franchises. The Senior Vice President, Development works across the full early development arc, from sourcing raw concepts on YouTube and social platforms to producing pitch materials, sizzle reels, and proof-of-concept packages ready for internal greenlight conversations. On any given day, that means giving notes on a creator’s treatment, aligning with cross-functional teams on franchise strategy, and evaluating new talent for slate fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide creator-led projects from initial concept through package-ready materials, including pilots, sizzles, and proof-of-concept executions suitable for broadcast and streaming development.
• Identify and source talent and ideas across YouTube, social platforms, and traditional entertainment channels with an eye toward narrative potential and long-term IP value.
• Write and develop pitch materials, development notes, and project documents that support both internal alignment and external packaging opportunities.
• Evaluate incoming concepts for creative originality, audience resonance, platform fit, and commercial scalability across FOX Entertainment’s distribution infrastructure.
• Work directly with creators to refine their voice and vision into structured, scalable projects without flattening what makes their work distinct.
• Contribute to the broader FOX Creator Studio development slate by identifying projects with cross-platform franchise potential and format adaptability.

What You Bring

• 15 or more years of experience in creative development within television or digital media, with a track record across episodic television and creator-led formats.
• A bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Media Studies, English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop digital-native voices into larger entertainment properties across broadcast, streaming, and film.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills, including the ability to pitch internally and advocate for bold creative decisions at a senior level.
• Comfort working across formats and platforms, from traditional television development pipelines to short-form and social-first content ecosystems.
