Sitting within the F&B Division, this position operates at the intersection of global brand strategy and local US market execution, working across retail, e-retail, CRM, education, and brand communications to ensure every launch lands consistently across channels. Day-to-day, the Senior Manager, Makeup Brand Management is managing orchestration calendars, briefing cross-functional partners, analyzing SKU performance, and developing the positioning and pricing strategy that keeps CHANEL competitive in the US prestige makeup market. The role also carries a mentorship responsibility for junior team members within the brand management function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual marketing objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies for the Lip and Collections categories in the US market.
• Brief and lead 360-degree campaign development in collaboration with Retail and Trade Marketing, Brand Communications, and Digital and Client Experience teams.
• Oversee product portfolio management including new SKU creation, data integrity, assortment renovations, and discontinuations to optimize category performance.
• Conduct re-pricing analyses and inform A&P investment allocation based on brand priorities and competitive positioning in the prestige beauty segment.
• Monitor US market trends and competitive activity, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and campaign direction.
• Build and deliver presentations for retail, internal, and market-level meetings, serving as a primary point of contact for cross-functional orchestration alignment.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in prestige beauty marketing, with a strong preference for candidates whose background is rooted in makeup categories.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel product launches from strategy through execution in the US luxury consumer market.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and global teams without direct authority over them.
• Strong analytical skills applied to product performance, forecasting, and business case development.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent launch timelines.
