WME is hiring a Senior Manager, Entertainment Content Partnerships to join its Entertainment Marketing and Advisory team in Beverly Hills, CA. This role sits squarely inside the brand partnership discipline, managing the full lifecycle of co-promotional deals and product integrations across theatrical releases, streaming series, and episodic television. It is a fit for someone who has spent years on the studio or streamer side of the business and knows how to translate a brand brief into a placement that actually lands in culture.

About the Role

The Entertainment Marketing and Advisory team at WME functions as the connective tissue between Fortune 500 brand clients and the studios, networks, and production companies managing active slates. On any given day, this Senior Manager, Entertainment Content Partnerships is evaluating upcoming film and series slates, building strategic consideration sets for brand clients, and managing integration workflows across multiple productions at once. The work spans development through delivery, including on-set representation during production shoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary agency contact for assigned studios, networks, and production companies, sourcing and evaluating co-promotional and integration opportunities across theatrical and streaming slates.
  • Build data-backed consideration sets of upcoming films and series matched against brand marketing objectives, target demographics, and KPIs.
  • Author and present strategic POV proposals outlining why a specific film, streaming series, or digital property is the right fit for a given brand.
  • Draft and negotiate partnership deal terms, then manage contract execution in coordination with brand and legal teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across multi-platform co-promotional partnerships, managing workback schedules, activation workflows, and creative review and approval processes.
  • Develop and manage seeding and gifting programs to active productions, including wardrobe, prop, and set decor placements, as well as writers room outreach.

What You Bring

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in entertainment brand partnerships and client services at a major studio, streamer, or network.
  • Deep working knowledge of co-promotional rights structures and integration deal models across film and episodic television content.
  • Hands-on experience managing seeding and gifting programs to active productions across all department types.
  • Familiarity with the theatrical distribution landscape and streaming ecosystem, including platform-specific content strategies and cultural trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex partnership campaigns simultaneously without losing accountability on deliverables.

Why This Role

WME operates at a scale that gives this role access to major studio relationships and a breadth of entertainment IP that most brand partnership shops cannot offer. The Entertainment Marketing and Advisory team has genuine influence across the development and production pipeline, which means the Senior Manager, Entertainment Content Partnerships is working on deals that shape how brands show up in film and television, not just buying existing inventory. For someone with a strong studio or streamer background, this is a move into the agency side with real client ownership from day one.

Apply now for the Senior Manager, Entertainment Content Partnerships role at WME and bring your studio experience to one of the most connected entertainment agencies in the business.
