We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team in Sydney.

This is a fast-paced, on-site role working across multiple properties each week. You’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content that meets professional real estate standards, while working directly with agents and vendors.

This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, move efficiently between shoots, and consistently deliver premium results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shooting residential properties across Sydney (photo and video)

• Capturing content that aligns with modern real estate marketing standards

• Working directly with agents on-site and managing shoot expectations

• Managing your time efficiently across multiple bookings per day

• Ensuring all content meets quality and consistency standards

• Uploading and delivering files within required timeframes

• Representing the brand professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and property presentation

• Ability to work independently and manage a full shooting schedule

• Professional communication skills when dealing with clients

• High attention to detail and consistency across all shoots

• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform under pressure

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Ability to travel across Sydney

Bonus (but not essential)

• Experience with editing (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Experience shooting luxury or high-end properties

• Floor plan or additional media experience
