About The Job

At Alignerr, we collaborate with top-tier AI research organizations to advance how artificial intelligence understands real human speech and dialogue.

We are seeking experienced voice actors and voice-over professionals to contribute German-language recordings and evaluations that help train and refine next-generation AI systems.

This role supports AI development but does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

• Compensation: $250-280 per accepted hour

What You’ll Do

• Utilize a large diaphragm microphone (LDM) to produce clear, professional-grade German voice recordings following provided scripts and prompts.
• Assess AI-generated speech for qualities such as natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression.
• Offer detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs.
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, or related performance-based audio work.
• Native or near-native fluency in German.
• Reliable access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording space.
• Ability to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances.
• Careful attention to nuance when evaluating tone, clarity, and pronunciation.
