Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and logistical support to Production and Creative Executives across development, prep, and active production phases.
• Handle script deliveries to local cast and crew, managing sensitive materials with strict confidentiality protocols standard to studio production.
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting setup for production-related meetings across the studio lot.
• Manage swag inventory and distribution, and facilitate poster signings between Marvel employees and talent.
• Process expense reports, reconcile credit card statements, and submit mileage reports on a regular basis.
• Support crew onboarding, drive-on requests, and ad-hoc production needs as they arise across the episodic television and feature film production calendar.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous production assistant experience on studio or episodic television productions is preferred.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent production timelines without dropping details.
• A valid California driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for daily runs and deliveries.
• A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with cast, crew, and executives at all levels of a major studio.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends on short notice, which is standard in studio physical production.
