Experteer Overview In this role, you drive AI-powered animation initiatives at FoxNXT to accelerate how FOX creates and scales premium storytelling. You will bridge creative, technical, and production teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable animation pipelines. You lead projects from concept to delivery, shaping workflows that boost speed, quality, and innovation. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and help build repeatable processes for future productions. A strong impact hook is your ability to turn emerging AI tools into tangible production gains across 2D, 3D, and hybrid formats. Compensation / Benefits • Lead AI-driven animation projects from concept to delivery and design workflows from scratch • Collaborate with creative, R&D, and technical artists to implement AI-assisted animation pipelines • Run intake sessions with stakeholders to define creative and technical requirements • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for AI-enabled animation initiatives • Translate AI tools into practical production workflows to boost speed and output • Manage vendors, artists, and cross-functional teams across animation production • Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve production challenges in a fast-evolving environment • Maintain consistency in quality, storytelling, and technical execution across projects • Document workflows, tools, and learnings to support scalability and repeatability Tasks • 7+ years of animation production experience in TV, film, or digital media • Experience with AI-driven creative tools, real-time engines, generative AI tools, or virtual production • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong understanding of animation pipelines (2D, 3D, or hybrid) • Ability to build processes in fast-moving and ambiguous environments • Excellent time management and deadline-driven performance in high-pressure settings Key requirements • medical/dental/vision • 401(k) plan • paid time off • other benefits in plan documents
