Principal Cinematographer/Editor

Experteer Overview You will visually tell the company’s story through cinematic production, interviews, and high-quality editing on a fast-paced in-house team. Based at Space Park in Redondo Beach, you’ll shape brand communications for employees, customers, and the public. The role blends shooting, lighting, and audio with narrative editing across long-form and short social formats. You’ll collaborate with creatives to push visual storytelling and explore new media like VR. This is a key hands-on position with a strong impact on mission-focused storytelling. Compensation / Benefits • Shoot products and scenarios for multiple programs • Set up and conduct interviews with lighting and audio • Direct brand storytelling through visuals across timelines and formats • Edit video with narrative sensibility for longer and short-form pieces • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and editors on multimedia projects • Represent the brand with a critical eye for aesthetics and visual design • Support creative assignments and adapt to tight deadlines • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on campaigns Tasks • Experience operating a variety of video cameras and formats including Log and Raw • Experience setting up and executing interviews with proper lighting and audio • Experience with film/video editing and post-production workflows • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite • Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Ability to work independently and on a team in a multimedia environment • Extended work weeks including weekends may be required • Ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance Key requirements • health insurance • life insurance • disability insurance • savings plan • paid holidays • paid time off (PTO)
