Job Position(s): Photographer and Videographer
Project Type: Commercial
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: Paid - Salary

American Golf is hiring a Photographer and Videographer to join their marketing team in Warrington, North West England. This role sits within the creative and marketing department, producing photography and video content across brand campaigns, product launches, retail activity, and social media platforms. It suits a commercially aware visual content creator with a solid shooting and editing background who can move between studio setups and on-location shoots without missing a beat.

About the Role

The Photographer and Videographer works directly alongside the American Golf creative and marketing teams, contributing to content across both the American Golf and ILB brands. Day to day, this means planning and executing shoots for campaign photography, supporting video production workflows, and delivering edited assets for use across social media, email, paid media, and in-store point of sale. The role covers the full content production cycle, from pre-shoot planning and shot lists through to post-production retouching and asset library management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and shoot photography for brand campaigns, product launches, and retail content across third-party and own-brand product lines.
  • Capture video content across studio, retail, and on-location environments to support social media and campaign deliverables.
  • Edit and retouch photography assets for distribution across digital and print channels, applying colour correction and image finishing to brand standard.
  • Support video post-production workflows including editing and basic motion work, with scope to lead smaller video projects independently.
  • Develop creative concepts and shot lists in collaboration with the wider marketing team, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Maintain the content studio environment, manage equipment, and keep the visual asset library organised and accessible for ongoing business use.

What You Bring

  • Proven photography experience within a retail, sports, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and commercial effectiveness.
  • Supporting experience in videography and video production, with an understanding of end-to-end content production workflow.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent software.
  • Strong working knowledge of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling across studio and location setups.
  • Familiarity with social media content formats, platform specifications, and content trends across Instagram and TikTok.

Why This Role

American Golf is one of Europe’s largest golf retailers, which means the content this role produces reaches a significant audience across multiple channels and markets. The Photographer and Videographer position offers genuine breadth, covering campaign shoots, social-first content creation, and retail photography rather than sitting narrowly in one content type. For a visual content creator looking to build a varied production portfolio within an established consumer brand, this is a substantive staff role with real creative scope.

Apply now for the Photographer and Videographer role at American Golf and bring your production skills to one of the UK’s leading sports retail brands.
