A leading visual effects studio in the UK is seeking a Lead Motion Editor to drive motion capture projects and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for the technical quality of animations, ensuring top-tier standards in retargeting and blending techniques. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work at least two days a week. The ideal candidate possesses strong collaboration skills, experience in high-end VFX, and a showreel demonstrating relevant work.
Proficiency in tools like Maya and Motion Builder is essential.
