About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise digital files across department servers and databases to keep production records accurate and accessible throughout the production cycle.
• Track and update content trackers and decks used for communication with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across the Disney+ slate.
• Support development projects by designing and refining documentation that improves production workflow across regional teams.
• Liaise with regional production teams on tasks including production wrap procedures and delivery verification for completed content.
• Prepare agendas and take meeting notes for internal production management meetings with regional stakeholders.
• Provide general editorial and office support, including editing and formatting presentation materials for senior leadership review.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or diploma in Film and Video Production, Communications Media, Project Management, or a related field, with graduation expected after June 2027.
• Some prior exposure to film, television, or OTT production environments, even at entry level, is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including building spreadsheets, databases, and presentation decks to a professional standard.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the attention to detail required to manage production documentation across multiple ongoing projects.
• Availability for a full-time commitment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, for the full January to June 2027 internship period.
