We’re looking for confident, high-energy performers to join our team as Immersive Actors & Experience Performers for our live Prison Escape events.

You’ll be leading groups, shaping the story, and driving a live, interactive experience where no two sessions are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking on inmate, guard, or lead character roles within a live experience
• Guiding participants through challenges, objectives, and gameplay
• Managing group dynamics and keeping energy high throughout
• Using improvisation to shape each group’s journey in real time
• Working closely with cast and operational teams to deliver seamless sessions

• Confident, energetic performers with strong presence
• Comfortable leading and engaging groups of people
• Strong improvisation and quick-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to take control of a space while keeping things fun and engaging

The Details

• Location: Shrewsbury Prison
• Pay: £16–£20 per hour
• Hours: Typically 6 hours per event day (every other Saturday)
• Additional opportunities may be available for extra sessions and events

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
