Hybrid Graphic & Video Editor – Performance Marketing Team
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, fast-thinking, and performance-driven Hybrid Graphic & Video Editor to produce high-impact visual assets for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
This role sits within the Performance Marketing Team, where creative quality directly influences campaign results such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
You will design static ads, edit high-converting video creatives, and help support our creative testing engine with fresh concepts and rapid iterations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Production for Paid Campaigns

Design static ad creatives (banners, carousels, display ads, thumbnails, etc.) tailored for performance optimization.

Edit short-form video ads (6–30 seconds) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

Adapt assets for multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, 16:9) for A/B testing.

Incorporate motion graphics, hooks, captions, sound effects, and animations that increase engagement.

Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for conversions.
2. Performance-Driven Creative Iteration

Translate performance marketing insights into creative decisions (e.g., improve thumbnails, hooks, CTAs, messaging).

Produce multiple creative variations for testing (visuals, copies, hooks, layouts).

React quickly to campaign data and iterate creatives at speed.

Brainstorm ideas based on competitor ads, platform trends, and audience behavior.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Performance Marketing Team and Account Managers to align creative with campaign strategy.

Participate in weekly creative review sessions for new concepts and performance updates.

Support landing page visuals, simple animations, or layout assets when needed.
4. Asset Management & Delivery

Organize and maintain a clear library of creative assets, project files, and version-controlled iterations.

Prepare files optimized for export, platform specs, and fast uploading.

Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills
-
1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing for paid ads.

Strong proficiency with:

Adobe Premiere Pro
-
Adobe After Effects
-
Adobe Photoshop
-
Adobe Illustrator
-

Understanding of ad platforms and performance creative principles (hooks, pacing, CTA placement, visual hierarchy).

Experience producing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or paid ads.

Ability to design clean, high-quality static creatives with strong typography and layout sense.

Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Figma or Canva for collaborative design.

Ability to shoot basic footage (phone or camera).

Basic color grading, audio fixing, and motion graphics skills.

Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CAC, ROAS, scroll-stop rate).

Experience working with e-commerce, DTC brands, apps, or agencies.
