Key Responsibilities

• Edit end-to-end cuts for YouTube series and social platforms, including longform interviews and short-form vertical video series with motion graphics packages.
• Build and deliver brand sizzle reels that meet client specifications while maintaining the editorial voice Complex NTWRK is known for across its digital content output.
• Apply post-production techniques including audio leveling, color correction, GFX integration, and transition work using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Manage footage across mixed formats, frame rates, resolutions, and codecs, keeping project structures organized according to established naming conventions and media workflows.
• Optimize exports for platform-specific technical requirements across YouTube and social channels, ensuring each deliverable meets both creative and technical standards.
• Work directly with producers to shape editorial pacing and narrative structure that reflects Complex NTWRK’s cultural perspective on music, sneakers, sports, and entertainment.

What You Bring

• Four to eight years of experience editing digital-first content, with a reel that includes longform interviews, vertical video series, and sizzle reels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with third-party plugins including Maxon, and openness to AI tools for image generation within the post-production workflow.
• A genuine understanding of social platform optimization and the technical specs that differ across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Availability to work on-site five days a week at the New York City office.
