Experienced Production Assistant in France

CARMA FILMS, a renowned film production company, is currently seeking an Experienced Production Assistant to join our team for the upcoming series ‘L’ECLIPSE’ on France 2. This exciting opportunity will be based in Aubrac & Montpellier, France.

Responsibilities:
– Assisting the Producer, Writer, Director, and other key personnel in day-to-day production activities.
– Providing administrative support, including organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing production documents.
– Assisting with location scouting, securing permits, and coordinating transportation logistics.
– Assisting with set preparation, including setting up and maintaining equipment, props, and costumes.
– Assisting with talent coordination, including organizing auditions, managing contracts, and facilitating communication.
– Assisting with post-production activities, including reviewing footage, creating logs, and managing data.
– Ensuring all production activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Production Assistant in the film industry.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Knowledge of production processes and procedures.
– Proficiency in English and French.
