Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a slate of scripted projects across multiple networks, guiding concepts from development to delivery. You will partner with writers and Network executives to align vision, provide creative notes, and ensure feasibility within budget. You will oversee casting, director hiring, and department heads, while steering postproduction and final delivery. You’ll act as a primary liaison across production partners and talent representatives, ensuring high creative standards on time and on budget. This is an opportunity to shape FOX’s scripted slate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, network-ready content. Compensation / Benefits • Manage a slate of projects across networks from development to delivery • Source and develop materials to sell original concepts • Hire writers and provide notes to meet creative and budget constraints • Collaborate with Network executives to ensure alignment with their creative vision • Serve as point of contact through development, production, and post • Review casting tapes, initiate callbacks, and cast talent • Interview and hire directors and heads of department; oversee production decisions on set • Drive postproduction, providing notes on editorial, music, and VFX • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high creative standards • Maintain talent relationships and manage overall deals • Conduct meetings with new writing and directing talent and log outcomes • Act as liaison for agents/managers and talent reps; build strong relationships • Provide proxy support for VP/SVP in internal and cross-line meetings • Coordinate with Network Executives, directors, writers, showrunners, and producers on creative Tasks • Three (3) years of experience in a related role • Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting • Experience with Movie Magic Scheduling • Experience with Final Draft • Experience with Final Cut Pro • Experience with Evercast • Experience with Frame.io • Experience with PIX Key requirements • medical/dental/vision • 401(k) • paid time off • other benefits
