Experteer Overview In this role you will support the production of Vibe Check, ESPN’s female-led studio show, streaming on Disney+. You will edit content for Disney+ and ESPN digital platforms, and collaborate with producers and on-air talent to shape scripts and segment ideas. You will design graphics and write engaging titles to maximize performance, while shooting and delivering multimedia elements on tight timelines. You will use performance data to inform content strategy and help grow a culturally relevant, social-first sports program. Compensation / Benefits • Edit longform and shortform video content for Vibe Check across Disney+ and ESPN digital platforms • Collaborate with producers and on-air talent to develop, write, and refine scripts and segment ideas • Design visually compelling graphics optimized for a modern, social-first audience • Conduct research using media asset systems to source footage and support production needs • Pitch and develop creative content ideas that align with Vibe Check’s voice, tone, and audience • Shoot video content in studio and field environments, including events and remote productions • Deliver multimedia elements on tight timelines with accuracy and attention to detail • Write engaging titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to maximize content performance across platforms • Use performance data and audience insights to inform and evolve content strategy • Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback and contribute to a collaborative team environment • Communicate effectively across production, editorial, and cross-functional teams Tasks • Strong knowledge of sports culture, with emphasis on current storylines and emerging voices in women’s sports • Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and graphic design (Photoshop) • Strong storytelling instincts with ability to take ideas from concept through execution • Deep understanding of digital and social platforms, including YouTube and short-form ecosystems • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills in a fast-paced production environment • Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing production needs and timelines • Familiarity with ESPN programming, brand standards, and audience Key requirements •
