Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sales forms to digital distribution partners reflecting current promotional windowing strategy for A24 titles.
• Monitor on-platform pricing across digital retail storefronts to confirm accuracy during and after promotional periods.
• Track competitive studio pricing trends and global release dates across territories to keep the strategy team informed.
• Maintain partner records in the CRM, including contract entries, contact details, and screening invitation logistics tied to upcoming film releases.
• Coordinate partner engagement around film festivals and market events, including on-the-ground support for scheduling when travel is required.
• Handle business operations tasks including invoice processing, revenue logging, contract filing, and circulating accurate meeting notes.

What You Bring

• At least one year of corporate experience, ideally in a studio, distributor, or digital media environment.
• Background in administration or customer service, with demonstrated organizational discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, with AirTable experience considered a plus.
• Comfort working across multiple partner accounts and deadlines without losing accuracy on the details.
• Strong written communication skills suited to external partner correspondence and internal reporting.
