Digital Content Creator & Videographer
Are you a talented creative who lives and breathes digital storytelling? We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our marketing team and become the creative engine behind our three distinct brands.
While you’ll report to our Marketing Manager and work within an established team, we aren’t looking for a “yes-person.” We want a “big picture” thinker who brings a creative, modern flair to our content—someone who can think outside the box to build great customer engagement

Therabees – Our multi site, vibrant Paediatric Allied Health business. Therabees is a leading paediatric allied health and mental health provider in Adelaide, dedicated to helping children and young people ages 2-18 reach their full potential.

Life Skills Hub (LSH): Our innovative “simulated home” for young people. Its a one of a kind space in Adelaide’s Northern suburbs, for young people aged 7-25 to develop their capacity to function independently, and develop connections with similar-aged peers. We support young people to be their true, authentic selves in a welcoming, positive and FUN space.
The Role: Creative Execution & Platform Strategy
You will be responsible for producing high-quality content tailored specifically for each major platform:

YouTube: Long-form tutorials, “Day in the Life” features, and educational interviews.

Instagram & TikTok: Trend-aware, scroll-stopping Reels and short-form videos.

LinkedIn: Professional thought-leadership and “behind-the-scenes” business insights.

Reddit & Beyond: Authentic, “low-fi” content that builds genuine community trust.
In this role you will deliver a blend of well thought out stories and infomercial-style videos that start on whiteboards with team input and end as fully edited, compelling content, along with quick, ‘in the moment’ filming grabs.
You’ll make your content visually compelling because you have a great understanding of how to build in text and animations as required to make your content ‘pop’ in the eyes of the viewers. You will be striving to build our brand awareness through best in class content.
As part of the role you will

Apply colour grading, sound, motion graphics and basic animation where required (Premiere Pro & After Effects preferred)

Assist with concept development and creative execution

Design digital assets for web, social, display and online campaigns

Bring a strong creative eye to every brief, finding engaging ways to tell stories online

Contribute to internal projects and campaigns that showcase the brands

What You’ll Need:

Proven Experience: 2+ years in content creation and videography.

Platform Mastery: You understand how to adapt a single idea to feel “native” on different platforms.

Technical Suite: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop/Canva. Other emerging AI platforms to make the job ‘pop’ would be helpful.

The Right Vibe: You are proactive, curious, and bring a positive, “can-do” energy to the team.
