Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Motion Creator (5–8 years experience) who is creatively driven, digitally native, and fluent in modern AI-powered video creation. This role centers on editing, animation, and storytelling to craft high-impact, scalable video content for brands.You will work across multiple brands, creating platform-first content that is visually sharp, on-trend, and aligned with brand language and guidelines. If you think in reels, transitions, motion, avatars, and AI-assisted storytelling – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality videos for digital, social, performance campaigns, and branded content.

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and dynamic videos by transforming live-action and curated footage into high-impact edits.

Develop visually strong narratives from raw footage, stock, or AI-generated assets.

Ensure all videos strictly follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual language.

Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with creative, copy, and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling video content.

Use AI tools for avatar videos, text-to-video, voiceovers, lip-sync, background generation, and rapid versioning.

Create localized, personalized, and scalable video content using AI workflows.

Experiment with new formats, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh.

Stay updated on trends in reels, short-form video, and AI-led content creation.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation roles.

Strong creative sense and storytelling ability.

Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (must-have).

Good knowledge of animation, motion design, and pacing.

CGI skills are a plus.

Hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, Luma AI, Descript, Kaiber, Rephrase.ai, or similar platforms.

Ability to understand and adapt to different brand voices and visual systems.

Comfortable managing multiple brands and quick turnarounds.

Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable.

Thrives in fast-paced, high-output creative environments.
