About the Role

The Creative Producer works within the Brazilian Creative Services department, developing audiovisual content that supports HBO Max’s go-to-market strategy for original productions and acquired content. Day to day, this means cutting campaign trailers, shaping narrative structures for title launches, contributing creative territories in briefings, and delivering finished assets optimized for streaming platform marketing and social media distribution. The role sits at the intersection of post-production workflow and campaign development, requiring both editorial craft and strategic creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, write, and edit video marketing assets for HBO Max campaigns spanning digital, social, and brand channels, from early creative territory through final delivery.
• Apply professional editing principles in Adobe Premiere Pro to cut trailers, promos, and social content that meet broadcast and streaming platform specs.
• Build motion graphics and visual enhancements in Adobe After Effects to elevate campaign deliverables beyond a straight editorial cut.
• Use audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Reaper to handle sound design and mix finishing on creative assets.
• Partner with GTM, Brand Marketing, Social, and PR teams to translate campaign objectives into specific creative executions across multiple formats.
• Track fandom culture, creator ecosystems, and emerging content formats to bring culturally relevant ideas into brainstorms and campaign development.

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience as a Video Editor, Preditor, or Creative Editor in entertainment marketing or streaming platform campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and intermediate working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, including animation and motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience with audio editing software, specifically Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Reaper.
• A portfolio that includes title launches, episodic television campaigns, or digital content for streaming platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across a high-volume production schedule without compromising editorial quality.
