Key Responsibilities

• Conceive, shoot, and edit video content for property development campaigns, including walk-through tours, project reveal films, and executive profile pieces.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on location shoots across Sydney development sites, managing all kit independently as a solo videographer.
• Manage the post-production workflow for each project, including colour grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and platform-specific export specifications.
• Develop content scripts and shot lists during pre-production, working from campaign briefs supplied by the marketing team.
• Build and maintain a consistent visual language across all video output, ensuring brand alignment across short-form and long-form formats.
• Coordinate scheduling for shoots, manage footage libraries, and deliver assets to agreed deadlines within an ongoing production calendar.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in video production, with a showreel covering commercial, real estate, or branded content work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour grading.
• Competency operating mirrorless or cinema cameras, along with standard grip, lighting, and location audio setups.
• Experience producing content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong pre-production skills, including the ability to write and pitch creative concepts from a brief.
