In this role you will:

• Develop and implement tailored career strategies for a roster of acclaimed composers.
• Cultivate relationships with artists, promoters, and industry stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
• Drive sales, negotiate engagements, and promote composers’ work across various platforms, including media and live performance.
• Manage contract negotiations, oversee royalties and financial administration, and ensure smooth contractual processes.
• Seek out strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new ventures that align with the company’s growth ambitions.

To be successful, you will need:

• Proven experience (at least 4 years) managing composers or similar roles within the classical or contemporary music sectors.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, rights management, and industry sales.
• A genuine passion for contemporary music and a keen interest in artist development.
• Excellent communication skills and an autonomous, proactive work style.
