Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic quality control checks and apply standard corrective adjustments to audio and video to ensure compliance with broadcast delivery requirements.
• Communicate directly with senior editors and producers to track assignment progress and flag any issues before deadlines.
• Participate in training programs designed to build technical proficiency across the full editorial and post-production workflow.
• Work adjusted schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as production demands require, which is standard for live sports broadcast environments.

What You Bring

• Minimum two years of editing or directly related production experience.
• Working knowledge of at least one major non-linear editing platform, including Adobe Premiere, Avid, DaVinci Resolve, Edius, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools including After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of broadcast video and audio standards and compliance requirements.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Studio Production, or Journalism is preferred, though a high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
