About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the production of assigned video elements from conception through execution, including teases, analysis clips, and specialty features.
  • Produces ENG field shoots covering interviews, basic art direction, and specialty setups as assigned.
  • Collaborates with editors in AVID and QEP edit facilities to deliver high-end video elements on deadline.
  • Researches and gathers news, footage, and archival material to support current and future studio show productions.
  • Integrates social media and interactive content strategies into assigned show elements across non-linear platforms.
  • Mentors Production Assistants and Content Associates on assigned productions, providing direction and practical feedback.

What You Bring

  • Minimum three years of television production experience, preferably in studio show or live event environments.
  • Working knowledge of AVID editing systems and familiarity with broadcast post-production workflow.
  • Strong command of sports history and sports journalism, applicable to segment development and story selection.
  • Experience producing studio segments, including guest or analyst coordination and live show elements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
