About the Role

Day-to-day, this means running production workflow across multiple projects simultaneously, managing talent relationships, coordinating with Business Affairs and Commissioning, and holding editorial standards across every title in the slate. The expectation is senior-level authority, not producer-level support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end non-fiction audio production across a defined slate, managing each title from development brief through to final delivery within the contract period.
• Develop new production formats for factual audio content that measurably advance the creative output of the non-fiction slate.
• Build and document a production framework for non-fiction audio that the wider team can adopt after the contract closes.
• Manage high-profile on-screen and on-mic talent relationships directly, bringing editorial credibility and strong interpersonal judgment to every conversation.
• Provide editorial feedback across factual and non-fiction genres, maintaining compliance and quality standards across all productions in the slate.
• Work across internal departments including Production Support, Marketing, and Commissioning to deliver titles on schedule and to brief.

What You Bring

• A strong body of credits in senior factual or non-fiction audio production, with demonstrable experience delivering complex, multi-format projects independently.
• Proven ability to manage high-profile talent at the executive producer or associate director level, with the credibility to lead those relationships without escalation.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder production environments across editorial, legal, and commercial teams.
• A track record of developing new production approaches or formats within a factual content pipeline, not just executing existing ones.
