Disney is hiring an Assistant Sales Studio Distribution based in Madrid, Spain, joining the Studio Distribution team on a fixed-term contract running from mid-November 2026 through 25 February 2027. About the Role

The Studio Distribution team works across Sales, Marketing, PR, Dubbing, and Technical Operations to manage theatrical releases from the trade to the screen. Day to day, this person keeps the machinery running: preparing performance reports, coordinating screenings, managing exhibitor correspondence, and keeping contract and line-up data accurate across internal and external channels. The role is office-based in Madrid four days a week, with one day remote on either Monday or Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal, external, and special theatrical screenings, covering room bookings, approvals, invitations, security liaison, attendance tracking, and reporting back to global teams.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations covering title performance, line-of-business results, and local and global theatrical market data.
• Maintain quarterly non-theatrical exhibition data and support the preparation of related invoicing information.
• Communicate directly with exhibitors, producers, and suppliers, including distributing updated terms and conditions and following up on outstanding stakeholder requests.
• Support cinema events run alongside other Disney lines of business, managing venue bookings, catering, third-party invitations, purchase orders, and invoices in line with accounting processes.
• Update official theatrical line-up content across relevant websites in Spain and Portugal, keeping release schedules current and accurate.

What You Bring

• Previous administrative or coordination experience within theatrical distribution, film sales, or a related area of the film industry.
• Comfort working with reporting tools and preparing presentations for senior stakeholders across a global studio structure.
• Experience handling exhibitor or client correspondence in a professional context, ideally within theatrical or non-theatrical exhibition.
• Strong organisational skills across concurrent workstreams including events, contracts, and financial documentation.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, given cross-market responsibilities covering Spain and Portugal.
