We are seeking a talented and dynamic Actor to join our performing arts team. Duties

• Perform in theatrical productions, ensuring characters are brought to life with authenticity and energy
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and fellow performers to develop engaging performances
• Adapt performances for different audiences, including children’s programs and community events
• Participate in rehearsals, costume fittings, and technical run-throughs as required
• Engage with audience members during educational workshops or outreach activities
• Assist in the development of new scripts or performance concepts when needed
• Maintain professionalism on stage and behind the scenes, adhering to safety protocols and production schedules

Experience

• Prior experience in acting, theater, or performance arts is preferred
• Skills in dancing or movement arts are a plus for roles requiring physical expressiveness
• Strong public speaking and communication skills essential for engaging audiences effectively
• Experience working with children or in educational settings is highly desirable
• Background in teaching or workshop facilitation can enhance performance delivery
• Familiarity with theater production processes and stagecraft is beneficial
