If you thrive on energy, expression, and connection, this is your opportunity to use your skills in a truly meaningful way.

About the Role:

  • You understand the power of non-verbal communication and expression

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
  • Deliver creative, engaging, and sensory-based activities
  • Encourage communication, confidence, and social interaction

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to enhance learning

Ideal Backgrounds:

We are particularly interested in:

  • Workshop Leaders / Facilitators
  • Youth Activity or Camp Leaders

About You:

  • Outgoing, expressive, and adaptable
  • Confident using creative approaches to engage others
  • Passionate about supporting children and young people
  • Experience working with young people is advantageous, but not essential
