My Call sheet
My Callsheet is an online platform and app that has simplified and streamlined creating call sheets for your productions. When it comes to organizing your cast and crew, a call sheet is your greatest weapon and My Callsheet is the perfect solution.
Essentially, you enter all of the necessary information into pre-made templates related to the production. You can also upload important documents so that the whole team knows exactly what’s going on, and it can easily be found in one central location. No more scripts and call sheets getting lost in your inbox!
In addition, each team member can get personalized travel, accommodation and other notes or documents separately. That way, there are no mix-ups and the correct people will only have access to certain documents. The “Got It” function allows you to have an overview of who has already received and seen their information and who has not yet. My personal favorite is the ability to open the address where set is directly into Google or Apple Maps. No more typing in excruciatingly long coordinates, hoping everything is right. Finally, there’s a section for receipts. This allows reimbursement to be much quicker and easier.
