The series explores the intricate lives and relationships of New York City’s elite, alongside the ambitious industrialists reshaping the country. It showcases the era’s vast wealth, emerging technological innovations, and the deep divide between the old-money aristocracy and the newly wealthy tycoons.

There is currently a casting call for HBO’s “The Gilded Age” in Albany, New York.

Amid the rise and fall of fortunes, the show highlights the sweeping societal changes of the time, from the grandeur of upper-class ballrooms to the challenges faced by the working poor.
