Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a master events calendar that keeps internal teams across marketing, communications, and creative aligned on milestones and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during live events, managing execution in real time and troubleshooting as needed.
• Support senior creative leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and expense reporting tied to the live programming slate.
• Attend rehearsals and site visits to assess readiness, flag production gaps, and ensure quality standards are met before doors open.

What You Bring

• 2 or more years of experience coordinating live events in a media, entertainment, or studio production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent events across a live programming calendar without dropping logistical detail.
• Experience working directly with senior executives in an administrative or operational support capacity.
• Comfort working on-site at events, rehearsals, and venue walk-throughs outside standard business hours.
• Familiarity with vendor contracting, production timelines, and cross-departmental coordination workflows common to episodic television or studio content environments.
