This role sits inside the label’s post-production pipeline, covering everything from A-tier multicam live worship recordings to single-camera music videos and lyric videos across multiple artists and platforms. About the Role

The Video Editor for Elevation Worship Records owns the full post-production workflow for the label, working directly with creative and video directors to execute each project from pre-production through final delivery. Day-to-day output spans long-form music video content, short-form social edits, and live production recordings, all built inside DaVinci Resolve. The role also pulls the editor into production-side responsibilities, including camera setup, lighting builds, and set decoration alongside the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit multicam live recordings and single-camera music video productions across all artists on the Elevation Worship Records label.
• Produce short-form content for social platforms, handling the post-production workflow from assembly cut through final export.
• Collaborate with the creative and video director on each project to align every edit with the established creative vision.
• Build and manage camera setups, creative lighting configurations, and set decoration during active production days.
• Uphold and improve the team’s editing workflow, maintaining consistency and efficiency across a high-volume content slate.
• Execute all phases of video production across both multicam film production and single-camera projects, including pre-production planning and post-production delivery.

What You Bring

• A working portfolio of edited music video or live production content available online for review.
• Hands-on experience editing in DaVinci Resolve, with a clear understanding of multicam editing workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage through the full post-production workflow under deadline pressure.
• Experience in After Effects is a plus, as is familiarity with live production environments.
• Background in a church, nonprofit, or purpose-driven organization is preferred.
• Active participation in a local church community is required for this position.
