Entrepreneur Cooperative is hiring a Bilingual Video Editor (Spanish/English) to work remotely from Mexico on behalf of a U.S.-based creative content and social media agency. This is a post-production role focused on delivering short-form social content, brand films, event recaps, and a Spanish-language video podcast for local business clients across restaurants, community organizations, and regional brands. The role suits an editor with at least three years of professional experience who is comfortable moving between vertical social formats and longer narrative work within a lean, self-managed post-production workflow.

About the Role

This position sits entirely in post-production, receiving raw footage from a U.S.-based field production team and cutting it into platform-ready deliverables on a weekly cadence. The project mix spans Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook content, branded storytelling videos, and podcast episodes, each with its own pacing, format, and export requirements. A typical week involves managing multiple concurrent edits, turning around revision rounds, and keeping project files organized within shared remote storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form vertical video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook, adapting cuts and exports to the technical specifications of each social platform.
• Build narrative-driven brand films and event recaps from field footage, maintaining pacing and visual tone consistent with each client’s brand identity.
• Edit and prepare a Spanish-language video podcast for distribution, including audio cleanup, balancing, captioning, and graphics integration.
• Perform color correction, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics as part of standard post-production finishing on all deliverables.
• Maintain organized file naming, version control, and footage management within shared cloud storage across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Communicate proactively with the production team regarding revision notes, project status, and any timeline concerns before deadlines are at risk.

What You Bring

• Three or more years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio or reel that includes short-form social content and branded storytelling work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary post-production editing tool.
• Fluent Spanish, written and spoken, alongside good professional working English for team communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage post-production workflow independently, including file organization, revision tracking, and on-time delivery.
• Weekday schedule availability with at least a few hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time.
