Videographer (Part-time)

Broadwing Limited is hiring a part-time Videographer based on Malta Island to represent a real estate client through video content across digital marketing channels. This role sits squarely in the content production space, covering the full video production workflow from concept development and on-location filming through to post-production delivery. It suits a self-sufficient shooter-editor who is comfortable owning a project end to end without a crew around them.

About the Role

Working directly for a real estate company, this Videographer will produce property and brand content for social media, digital advertising, and web platforms. A typical day might move from scouting and scheduling a shoot to editing footage in DaVinci Resolve and prepping final deliverables in the right specs for each channel. The role demands someone who treats both the filming and post-production workflow with equal care.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots from storyboard through to camera operation, managing each stage of the video production process independently.
• Develop original concepts, scripts, and visual narratives aligned with the client’s real estate brand and marketing objectives.
• Handle all post-production duties in DaVinci Resolve, including picture editing, sound editing, colour work, and final output.
• Produce and reformat content for multiple distribution channels, adapting each deliverable to suit social media, digital advertising, and website specifications.
• Conduct photography sessions and carry out photo editing when the brief calls for stills alongside video.
• Manage shoot schedules and content deadlines, keeping productions on track without external coordination support.

What You Bring

• Proven background as a Videographer or Video Producer, with a portfolio that demonstrates real content production work across commercial or marketing projects.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is a firm requirement for this role.
• Ownership of professional filming equipment is required, and Sony camera experience is a genuine advantage on set.
• Solid understanding of post-production workflow, including sound editing, grading, and platform-specific export requirements.
• Photography and photo-editing skills are an asset and will strengthen your application.

Why This Role

Broadwing Limited works as a recruitment partner placing professionals with established companies across Malta Island, giving candidates a direct line into ongoing client relationships rather than one-off contracts. For a Videographer looking to build consistent content production work in the real estate sector, this part-time engagement offers real creative ownership across the full production pipeline. There is genuine scope here for a skilled operator to shape how a brand looks and feels on screen.
