JR Spain is hiring a Video Editor and Content Creator for the Italian Market, based in Barcelona on a hybrid schedule. This role sits within the marketing department at Dealcar, a software company expanding into Italy, and covers the full content production workflow from shooting on-camera segments to delivering edited long-form and short-form video across YouTube, Meta, and vertical social platforms. It suits a bilingual editor who is equally comfortable in post-production and in front of the lens, and who understands what drives performance in digital video content.

About the Role

The Video Editor and Content Creator for the Italian Market joins Dealcar’s marketing team to build out the brand’s Italian-language content presence from the ground up. Day-to-day work spans editing podcast recordings and tutorial videos for YouTube, cutting Reels, Shorts, and TikToks for social distribution, and producing paid video assets for Meta Ads campaigns. This person also steps in front of camera as a recurring face of Dealcar content aimed at the Italian automotive software market.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video content including podcasts, product tutorials, and explainer videos for the Dealcar YouTube channel targeting Italian audiences.
• Produce and edit vertical video content such as Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts as part of an ongoing short-form content production workflow.
• Create and deliver paid video ads formatted for Meta Ads placements, adapting messaging for the Italian market.
• Appear on camera as a spokesperson for Italian-language content, bringing natural delivery and on-screen presence to branded material.
• Drive the creative direction of each piece in post-production, shaping pacing, tone, and visual personality to match platform expectations.
• Collaborate with Italian-speaking colleagues to ensure content is culturally accurate and resonant for the target market.

What You Bring

• Fluent or native Italian is required, with sufficient Spanish to work effectively with the broader team in Barcelona.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects across the full post-production workflow.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating edited video content across both long-form and short-form formats.
• On-camera comfort and experience presenting or hosting video content.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and thumbnail or graphic asset creation is a strong plus.
• A working understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, backed by genuine platform literacy.
