Video Editor Expert – Remote

TN Sweden is hiring a Video Editor Expert for a fully remote contract role open to candidates worldwide. This position sits within a post-production workflow focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated video and multimedia outputs, with deliverables that include structured quality assessments, detailed editorial annotations, and feedback tied to professional editing standards. It suits an experienced editor with real credits across video production or motion graphics who wants flexible contract work that draws on their technical eye rather than their availability on a physical set.

About the Role

This is a contract post-production role where you will work independently to assess AI-generated video content against the kind of quality benchmarks that working editors apply daily. Projects are not traditional productions but structured evaluation tasks, meaning your judgment on pacing, composition, visual hierarchy, and motion is the primary deliverable. A typical day involves completing annotation and rating tasks across video and multimedia outputs using tools drawn from standard post-production and motion graphics pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated video edits for pacing, cut structure, visual hierarchy, and adherence to professional post-production standards.
• Provide detailed written annotations and rubric-based ratings on motion graphics outputs reviewed against established project criteria.
• Assess composition, typography, and layout in multimedia content using tools including Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Camtasia.
• Document observations on AI output quality and recommend concrete improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Complete structured evaluation tasks within agreed timelines, working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Review AI-generated visual content for realism, usability, and accuracy as measured against professional editorial and design standards.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of paid professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or a closely related post-production discipline.
• Hands-on proficiency with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, or comparable post-production software.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling, RLHF, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written English communication skills at B2 level or above, with the ability to deliver clear, detailed editorial feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to begin work promptly after onboarding.

Why This Role

TN Sweden offers flexible scheduling and worldwide remote access, which makes this contract viable alongside other production work or freelance editorial commitments. The role provides consistent contract work for editors who want to contribute to AI training pipelines without stepping away from the post-production field they already know. Prior paid AI evaluation experience is a firm requirement, which keeps the applicant pool focused and the work appropriately compensated for real expertise.
